NOVEMBER UPDATE
HERE IS WHAT IS HAPPENING ON THE MOUNTAIN
PROJECTS AND YEAR END GIVING OPPORTUNITIES
We are incredibly thankful for the continued support of so many friends that encourage us and make this work possible. Below are some of the things we are currently doing or will do as we head toward summer number 37. Your year-end or monthly donation will be put to good use!

We remain committed to challenging, equipping and encouraging all who come to the mountain to live lives of purpose and power in Christ.
SALARY FOR ISAAC & FAMILY
We are excited for Isaac, Serenity and kids to join us starting Jan 1. We are trusting for the provisions for them to live and work here. Isaac will be working part time until late spring off the mountain to supplement their income. Adding a family of 4 is a big undertaking but the blessings and possibilities they bring are the future of Uplift.
LODGE ROOMS
We have started to remodel two rooms in the lodge. Each room will get paint, new carpeting, new flooring in the half bath, new vanity, sink and faucet, updated ceiling light, electrical plugs and heater, handmade headboard and furnishings, new bunk beds and mattresses and aspen trim from the sawmill. With seven rooms to do we will pace ourselves as time and finances allow. We can redo one room for about $1,500.
APARTMENT RENOVATION
Isaac's family are going to be moving into the apartment where Zach and Amy are currently living. We are going to take the opportunity to do some remodeling and changing some of the layout. The back room needs to become a bedroom, a hallway will be extended and the back bath needs remodeled. Total cost - $5,000.
This back room that is currently serving as office , storage and more will become a third bedroom.
OFFICE EQUIPMENT
We will be purchasing a computer and printer for Isaac and Serenity. I am looking forward to seeing their creativity and help in many of the "office" parts of the ministry. Laptop $500 / printer $150.
SOME ODDS AND ENDS
Mike and his dog Jack have taken up duck hunting and had some success. I got pulled in (as usual) and got my first duck this same day.
The old Dodge truck needed tires and repairs. Ball joints are no joke!
About 24" of snow came early November. It brought much work, beauty and a chance to do some tubing.
Speaking of snow, it does make us think of skiing and boarding. Isaac and Zach take some evening time to tune their equipment. This is "fun work".
MAY YOU HAVE A BLESSED CHRISTMAS SEASON AS WE ALL CELEBRATE THE HOPE WE HAVE IN JESUS!
