PROJECTS & POSSIBILITIES

With 200 acres, 7 buildings and many activities, there is always much work to be done at Uplift Mountain.  Below are listed some of the things we will be doing this winter and some more things we hope to do as summer approaches.

I (Dean) am also including some ways your donations can help us in this time of transition to a new ministry focus.

LODGE RENOVATION

Much of the lodge has been renovated.  We have 5 more rooms to do.  This involves new carpet, paint, bunk beds, lights, bathroom floor and fixtures, heater, end stands, lamps, door hardware, etc.

COST = $1,500 PER ROOM

SKID STEER

With 200 acres to manage, a skid steer has been on our wish list for a long time. 

From road and landscaping work to fence building and logging, we think this piece of machinery would be a huge asset.  If the funds become available we will look for one.

PLACES AND SPACES

The new focus and direction of Uplift will mean the further development of the amazing 200 acres God has given us to steward.

We will be adding to the trail network for both hiking and biking.

We will also be creating special destinations that will invite solitude, prayer, fellowship and restoration.  Decks, swings, gazebos, arbors, chairs etc.
