5 Day Youth Camps
Build your group with discipleship and adventure.
We take teens away from technology, distraction, and comfort. We immerse them in the outdoors and biblical teaching. We impart the value of physical, mental, and spiritual discipline. We encourage and challenge. We give God the opportunity to work in the hearts of His children. We unite as the body of Christ and seek Him.
We use many different ways to build unity in your group.
Your group will do almost everything together for the week: meals, activities, downtime and chapel services'.
The obstacle course: an area in the woods maybe an acre in size with obstacles spread throughout. Simple, but it becomes church as the body of Christ gathers there twice a week to worship, encourage and run. When youth are asked what they learned at Uplift Mountain many say the power of encouragement. The obstacle course teaches this lesson better then any other activity on the mountain. It gets the whole group involved in helping, challenging, and encouraging one another. It is a very special time and place that has great potential to change hearts and bring a group together like never before.
Solo time (time for youth to be alone in nature without distractions or technology)
Work (your group will have a chance to work together for a half day, this is another meaningful team building activity as well as a very beneficial personal experience)
Chapel services in the evenings (teaching done by Pastor Dean Selden from the Word)
Obstacle course ( group and individual runs)
